She graduated from the Kazan State University. She had МВА program in the Management School, Lancaster University (Great Britain). In 2011, she won in nomination “Manager of the year” in prestigious Russian industrial prize “Platinum ounce”.

Owing to the strategic partnership headed by Valentina Buchneva between “Bosnalijek” JSC and the largest nationwide distributor CV “Protek” starting in 2007, key products of “Bosnalijek” JSC already in 2010 took the leading positions on the Russian pharmaceutical market entering top-10 in their categories (in financial values). Owing to the success, Valentina Buchneva was invited to take charge of the Russian Representative Office of “Bosnalijek” JSC in 2015.
